WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED ONLINE?
Good Westhampton accepts American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and PayPal.
ARE CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS SECURE?
Yes. All credit card information processed by Good Westhampton is SSL secure and encrypted for complete security. Once you begin your checkout process everything will go through our secure server.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS NOTED AS BEING SOLD OUT (OUTTA LUCK)?
From time to time, our schedule may be out of sync...so please call us. It is possible we are expecting a delivery and can let you know when we are able to accommodate you.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order for merchandise credit or exchange only, with the exception of furniture which is not returnable. Merchandise credits will be honored for one year from date of issue. Please contact the shop for approval BEFORE sending items back to us. Items must be returned in unused condition and with original packaging. Make sure that items are well-packed and insured for the full amount. Good Westhampton reserves the right to deny refund or exchange if the merchandise is not received in its original condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment to Good Westhampton, as well as shipping costs for exchanged items, are the responsibility of the customer.
All custom orders, special orders or sale items are considered final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
WHAT IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN OR DAMAGED?
Despite our best efforts, items are occasionally damaged during shipping. Should this happen it is important that you keep all of the original packaging and contact us immediately. We will replace your item and ship out as soon as UPS has inspected and obtained possession of the original package and the replacement products are available for shipment.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES?
All orders of $150.00 or more will ship FREE of charge. All orders under $150.00 will ship for a flat rate of $10.00 and exclusions apply where noted. Where exclusions do apply, please call us at 631.998.4444 for details.
WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING SCHEDULE?
Good Westhampton will process and ship your order within 1 to 3 business days via UPS Ground. If you are in a hurry, please call us BEFORE placing your order online and we will do our best to accommodate you.
CAN I HAVE AN ONLINE ORDER SENT TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes, all you need to do is provide us with an alternate shipping address within the United States. Please note we cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
CAN ORDERS BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE US?
Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United States at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
DOES GOOD WESTHAMPTON PROVIDE GIFT WRAPPING?
We can gift box many items in our signature kraft gift boxes with tissue, ribbon and our Good Westhampton label. We can also include our signature shopping bag and tissue if preferred, or if we do not stock the appropriately sized box.
HOW IS SALES TAX CALCULATED ON ORDERS?
We collect sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses within the state of New York, at a rate of 8.625%.
CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CERTIFICATE?
Yes, gift certificates are available online in any denomination.
HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT CERTIFICATE?
A gift certificate is just like cash. It may be redeemed in our shops but not online at this time.
WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
We do not share any of your information...with anyone...ever.
We value our customers and are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share your information and we will not use it for any reason other than processing your order. We will not send additional emails unless it is pertaining to your order or if you have signed up for our mailing list.
